For the 10th consecutive year, we would like to show our appreciation to who we consider the best orthodontic patients in the world by taking you out to the ball game.

Date: Saturday, July 10.  4pm

Where: CitiField, Mets vs. Braves

There are two ways to win.  Wristbands and Facebook.   You can enter on both to double your chances of winning. Each winner gets 2 tickets.

It is easy as 1,2,3.  You can do both and have a chance for 4 tickets.

Wristbands:

1)      Stop by either office and get yours. (the sooner you get it, better your chances)

2)      Check our blogpage every weekend to see if your number is picked.

3)      Keep your bracelet on and come down to the office and pick up your 2 tickets!

Facebook:

1)      Search “Coolsmiles Orthodontics” and click the “like us” on the top right of our Facebook Page

2)      Go to our video clip and find the “secret code” on YouTube.

3)      Enter the “secret code” on your screen where is says “what’s on your mind?” and on our page where it says “what’s on your mind”?

Wait until you see our doctors in the video.  You are going to laugh

*Beginning Monday, May 10th we will be giving out numbered wristbands. We will continue to hand them out for the next 8 weeks. You are welcome to come into the office to pick up a wristband anyime. The sooner you have the wristband, the better your chances to win. Any or all members of your immediate family can wear a wristband to increase your chances to win.

*Beginning Saturday May 16th and on every Saturday we will choose a few random numbers and give each winner a pair of tickets. Winners will be chosen from wristband numbers and Facebook friends. Winning numbers will be posted on our Blog page, Facebook, and Twitter.

WRISTBAND RULES

1)   Our staff must place the wristband in person
2)   In order to remain eligible, you must not remove the wristband
3)   If your number is picked, you must personally appear and we cut the band off and give you your tickets
4)   If you can not wear the band due to sports, school etc., a sibling or family member can wear it for you.  It must be worn on the wrist, no exceptions!
5)   Any tickets not claimed on or before the deadline will be given away to another patient
