OFFICIAL RULES FOR GETTING 2009 METS TICKETS
Here is the story. We know that there is no shortage of orthodontists in our area. In an effort to show our appreciation for choosing our practice for braces or Invisalign, we have decided to “take you out to the ball game.” We have 100 prime, first class, great seats to give away to our patients for the Thursday, August 20th, 7pm game. Braves vs. Mets
Due to the limited amount of tickets, we have devised a lottery system to distribute the tickets fairly. In the past, we have been very flexible with the rules. However based on the demand for tickets, this year we will be strictly adhering to them. Each patient in the Medford and Port Jefferson office is eligible and must be accompanied by a parent (that's why you get two tickets).
A patient is defined as anyone receiving orthodontic care in our practice with braces or Invisalign that has paid us money (we're smarter than we look). We will be giving away 50 pairs of tickets. If you have two family members in treatment, you're eligible to win four tickets, etc.
*Beginning Monday, June 15th we will be giving out numbered wristbands. We will continue to hand them out for the next 8 weeks and advise you to ask for one at your regular orthodontic appointment. You are also welcome to come into the office to pick up a wristband. The sooner you have the wristband, the better your chances to win. Any or all members of your immediate family can wear a wristband to increase your chances to win.
*beginning Friday June 19th and on every Friday for the next 8 weeks we will choose a few random numbers and give each winner a pair of tickets. Winning numbers will be posted on our Blog page, Facebook, and Twitter.
*If your number is chosen, you must come to the office within 7 days to have your wristband removed and to pick up your tickets.
WRISTBAND RULES
1) Our staff must place the wristband in person
2) In order to remain eligible, you must not remove the wristband
3) If your number is picked, you must personally appear and we cut the band off and give you your tickets
4) If you can not wear the band due to sports, school etc., a sibling or family member can wear it for you. It must be worn on the wrist, no exceptions!
5) Any tickets not claimed on or before Wednesday August 12th deadline will be given away to another patient
