Deborah (Deb) McLear: What I enjoy most about working for Coolsmiles is the true sense of community demonstrated by everyone here, not only within the office but also in the small ways we try to give something back. People appreciate that and genuinely are happy to see us when they come for their appointments.

Jennifer Crean: Normally I am in the back office working on administrative duties, but one of my favorite things is to come into the clinical area when patients are getting their braces off and look at their new smiles. That happiness on a patients face is why we all work so hard here, it’s very cool
