Coolsmiles “Flat Doc” Photo Contest

The contest rules are simple to enter our "Flathead Contest"

Take flat Dr. David and/or Dr. Leon with you wherever you go and take a picture with your phone or camera and email it to us.  Going on vacation, the beach or just hanging out with friends, take the flat docs with you.

We’ll post all entries online and have our patients vote for the winner.  Email your entries to Coolsmiles@me.com.

Don’t forget to add your name and phone number.  Contest is open to all patients and their families.
